Not sure if it's ADHD — or 'just you'?

If you've spent years thinking you were just lazy, scattered, or 'too much,' an assessment can finally tell you what's actually going on.
You start strong, then can't finish the last 10% of a task.
You put things off until they turn into a crisis.
You forget appointments and deadlines, even ones that really matter.
You've been called lazy or "not living up to your potential."
You lose track of time, keys, words, and why you walked into the room.
Your feelings hit harder and faster than they seem to for other people.

How it works

A clear path to an answer
Book your assessment
Book online when you're ready — no referral, no family doctor needed.
Meet your Nurse Practitioner
Sit down for a 60–75 minute video visit. Your NP reviews your detailed medical history and screens for ADHD and other mental health conditions.
Get your answer in writing
You leave with a written diagnostic summary and a clear picture of what's going on. A diagnosis is made only if you meet the criteria.
Your assessment is built on standardized questionnaires used in ADHD clinics and research:
Nurse Practitioner reviews all of it against the DSM-5 — the standard criteria used to diagnose ADHD.
  • A self-report ADHD rating scale (ASRS Part A and B) — how symptoms show up now.
  • A structured ADHD interview (DIVA 5.0) — symptoms across your life.
  • A daily-life impact scale (WFIRS) — how symptoms affect work, home, and relationships.
  • A mood questionnaire (PHQ-9) and an anxiety questionnaire (GAD-7).
  • Additional symptom records (SNAP-IV 26 and the Weiss Symptom Record II).
