Your assessment is built on standardized questionnaires used in ADHD clinics and research:

- A self-report ADHD rating scale (ASRS Part A and B) — how symptoms show up now.
- A structured ADHD interview (DIVA 5.0) — symptoms across your life.
- A daily-life impact scale (WFIRS) — how symptoms affect work, home, and relationships.
- A mood questionnaire (PHQ-9) and an anxiety questionnaire (GAD-7).
- Additional symptom records (SNAP-IV 26 and the Weiss Symptom Record II).
